Marketing Specialist

This position will be responsible for supporting initiatives across various team functions including content, demand generation, email marketing, events, social media, and sales enablement.


  • Help develop evergreen content including infographics, ebooks, whitepapers, and blog posts
  • Facilitating content requests from our sales team, including content used for one-off presentations, tuning of datasheets & other collateral used within sales pitches
  • Review and stay abreast of market trends and competitive news through all available resources to communicate to the sales team and wider organization
  • Maintain the inventory of promotional/swag materials by brainstorming new ideas, coordinating requirements with graphics department, monitoring inventory stock, and placing orders
  • Assist with success measurement and performance analysis across marketing functions
  • Help develop email marketing campaigns and monitor success
  • Support corporate and team goals, strengthening and reinforcing the company and brand
  • Support the planning and execution of event marketing initiatives, including webinars - and when appropriate - trade shows, hosted and sponsored events. May require occasional travel (under 15%)


  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
  • 2+ years relevant work experience in a marketing or communications role, B2B digital marketing experience a plus
  • Strong strategic, analytical, creative, and problem solving skills
  • A team player - we’re a small, all-hands-on-deck kind of team who work closely and collaboratively to meet our goals
  • The ability to handle diverse tasks with an eye for detail within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to write marketing and technical copy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets)
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics, or Salesforce, a plus
